Job Description

Responsible for supporting both company and partners sales opportunities and providing training and other support to partner technical personnel, as required.

Main Duties

 

  • Provide technical pre-sales support for both company and companys' partner sales opportunities , in the assigned territory
  • Provide technical training for territory partners, as required
  • Support the partner certification program for top partners in the assigned territory
  • Support technical training and on-boarding of partners in conjunction with distributors, as required
  • Proactively manage and deliver technical information to partners and customers both onsite, online, and via telephone
  • Manage key aspects of the sales cycle including requirements gathering, demos, proof of concept, and product specification
  • Cultivate strong consultative relationships with individuals in customer and partner organizations to ensure customer and partner satisfaction
  • Act as a key member of the Company and Company's partner selling team

 

Experience and Skills

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing software technical support to channel partners and end users (e.g., designing, managing, administering, and supporting technical solutions)
  • Endpoint Security solution experience, or a team lead with mininum 1 year in his/her team handling Endpoint Security.
  • Experience with pre-sales technical support
  • Deep technical knowledge of security concepts and business requirements
  • Ability to assess technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team selling environment
  • Knowledge of security software industry, including competitors, market needs and trends
  • Familiarity with company's solutions or similar competitive products
  • Degree Educated
