KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will:

  • Ensures the proper implementation of the flagship numeracy program by coordinating with partner schools and helping them in program execution. 
  • The Program Consultant reports directly to the District Manager in planning for and executing strategies to ensure client retention and renewal.
  • Within his/her district, the PC should play an active role in assisting and empowering their colleagues in sales to promote the program to potential partner schools.
  • He/she also works with the Program Implementation Manager for Math and other math PCs to collaborate, innovate, and improve the program and its implementation.
  • Conducts collaboration meetings with all stakeholders to ensure that the requirements for proper program implementation are met by partner schools/clients.
  • Coordinates with school authorities on the schedule of program-related activities
  • Conducts training and coaches the implementers of the program by conducting training/workshops, lesson demonstrations, peer-planning, and conferences
  • Coordinates closely with the Program Support Manager in ensuring prompt delivery of all resources stipulated in the Supply and Purchase Agreement

  • relationship with current partners to ensure continued enrolment in
  • the program.
  • Take charge of contract renewal and business development of assigned accounts.
  • Supports the Account Managers by empowering them with knowledge about the program and its activities and giving presentations to faculty in prospective accounts
  • Continuously conducts environmental scanning, reports potential business threats (e.g. competition, school situation, leadership), and reports to the District Manager to strategize for account retention and renewal
  • Ensures proper billing by coordinating with key personnel in the school such as the registrar and/or bookstore manager, the Program Support Manager, and the distributor and accounts receivable manager
  • Assists in monitoring and follow-ups on a collection of accounts receivable

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Math, Math Education, or other related fields
  • Has a minimum of 3 years classroom experience in teaching Mathematics (preferably in Grade School). Exposure to and experience in international math curriculum and approaches is preferred.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the academic content of the Math program to train and mentor program implementers
  • Has sufficient knowledge of technology to accomplish tasks with different computer applications (word processing, presentation tools, spreadsheets, etc.) and comfortable collaborating through online means
  • Possesses physical stamina and willingness to handle fieldwork and travel within Antipolo, Marikina, Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, CAMANAVA and other parts of QC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares and processes payments accurately and timely for the organization
  • For processing invoices and vouchers procedures, prepares invoice batches for scanning into the archive
  • by printing, sorting, and stamping; adds GL coding and submits for approval

  • Inputs documents, vouchers, invoices, and check requests, ensuring the accuracy of vendor names and coding; adheres to due dates per corporate’s guidelines
  • Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and SOX audit requirements; signs off reports when audit is completed and returns audited documents to the team for filing
  • Handles ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested by management

  • Provide project controls management including, but not limited to, baseline schedule development and management, resource plan, cost estimate, project budget, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, risk management, earned value management guidance and tools
  • Collate and evaluate weekly / monthly analytical reports from individual Package are in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances. Other reporting includes but not limited to change register, risk register and regular cost reporting.

  • Support programme integration, governance, formats, plan optimization, and project controls best practices
  • Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed Scope of Work
