• 7+ years of project management experience.

• PMP certification (Nice to have)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

The IT Landscape Manager shall support in optimizing the overall performance of the business' IT landscape. Align and implement upgrade, change and release schedules as well as support project implementation needs in support of the transformation roadmap. This role will also support in improving security posture of the IT landscape, necessary budget management and further study industry trends to continuously improve the IT landscape.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Optimize performance of the IT Landscape 
2. Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks or improvement areas, and implement optimizations 
3. Align and implement upgrade and release schedules  
4. Plan and coordinate upgrades and releases / project deployments to ensure minimal disruption to business operations

The IT Business Analyst to help the business in implementing technology solutions by determining the requirements of the projects and/or programs, communicating them clearly across all stakeholders and partners, and in providing support throughout the System Development Life Cycle.

Responsibilities:

Clearly communicates these user stories and business requirements document to all stakeholders, facilitators, and partners and provides support all throughout the System Development Life Cycle. 

Business Requirements Analysis

• Liaise with relevant users on the scope & requirements that can be grouped into features for ballpark estimation during the Demand Categorization Process
• Lead requirement gathering analysis process and engage with business users, solution architects, and delivery team to document, review and edit business requirements (BRS) for IT Solutions.
• Prioritize and maintain the “Requirements Clarification Log” and “Traceability Matrix” for complex projects.
• Liaise with relevant users on the UAT plans and test case preparation.
• Conduct system test results verification, and sampling review prior to releasing the system for UAT

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or a combination of education and experience.
