Job Description

The Data Specialist will be responsible for building systems that collect, manage and convert raw data into usable information for business analysts to interpret, and support the analytics requirements of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Create impactful Data Visualization ensuring the design is aligned with user requirements for clear and actionable insights.
• Develop real-time dashboards, enhancing business intelligence and operational analytics.
• Support advanced algorithms and robust support for the incorporation of advanced algorithms into both ad-hoc reporting and real-time dashboards, facilitating deeper analytical capabilities.
• Manage projects, protocols, and processes as assigned and liaises with various IT vendors as potential service or system providers and project partners.
• Conduct Detailed Data Modeling and Design
• Maintain databases and computing environments and administers database utilities
• Develop IT automated systems for managing energy consumption data, a variety of exogenous datasets, including but not limited to market trends and weather datasets.
• Gather and organize a variety of data sets coming from multiple sources
• Monitor relationships between applications and database users
• Provide possible scenarios on the way forward specifically in dealing with the team’s process improvement and streamlining

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Data Analytics, and other related courses
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in data manipulation using Python and SQL, Visualization Tools (Tableau)
• Strong presentation and data visualization skills to effectively communicate insights, capable of conveying complex time series analysis to non-technical audiences
• Eagerness to learn and be trained in electrical and engineering concepts

Work Schedule           : Monday-Friday, Dayshift

Work Setup                 : Hybrid (2x onsite per week)
