KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mentoring and Coaching Junior Test Analysts and Test Analysts
• Conduct reviews of test cases and test scripts created by Junior Test Analysts and Test Analysts
• Design and create test cases and test scripts
• Execute (manual or automated) tests following the designed test cases
• Analyse the application’s behaviour while executing the test cases and capture evidences as needed for further analysis
• Detect defects, identify the root cause and resolve defects in a timely manner
• Log and follow-up defects in Jira
• Support Developers in understanding defects and retest defects once they are fixed
• Ensure correct status of tickets, test cycle executions and tasks are up-to-date and in line with existing processes and workflows
• Take ownership of the overall progress of tasks under own responsibility
• Participate in day-to-day QA activities
• Attain good knowledge of company automation tools and procedures for their execution
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Develop and manage end-to-end data pipelines and orchestrate integration workflows that support business objectives
• Drive internal process improvements by automating tasks, streamlining data flows, and optimizing infrastructure for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and architects to enhance data platform functionality
• Validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency, including establishing rules for handling anomalies and outliers
• Identify meaningful trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

As a Finance Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team in various financial analysis and reporting tasks. You will work closely with senior finance and technology professionals to improve financial data, generate reports and provide insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Lead profitability reporting across projects and products, delivering clear insights that support commercial decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality financial presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership.
• Analyse KPI trends to support informed operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Delivery teams on financial initiatives, modelling, and insight generation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality and process automation, in particular through the use of AI and automation.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to challenge, explore trends and improve processes
• Some insight in financial modelling, profitability analysis, and cost allocation principles would be desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide BAU support to global business users and HR to include: troubleshooting system issues, defect resolution, assisting with ad-hoc reporting requests, and supporting with annual HR core Workday related processes.
• Take ownership of queries and actively manage these, focused on the user & customer experience, whilst ensuring that advice adheres to policies and procedures.
• Will be part of a team of Workday Specialists and is fundamental to supporting and advancing the company's usage of the core Human Capital Management system (Workday).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform development activities to support integration with target applications, covering full lifecycle activities with implementation of key processes and processes with a focus on high-quality delivery, ensuring outcomes exceeds client expectations.
