KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will: 

  • Set up the Flexible Packaging Accounts Team
  • Identify opportunities in the flexible packaging industry to develop the business and establish a presence and foothold.
  • Direct and oversees the Flexible Packaging Accounts Team and their corresponding client portfolio from start-to-end process (from product development, submission of prices, receiving of orders, production, delivery and collection)
  • Develop good relationships with clients; understand their needs and requirements. Must be able to balance client satisfaction with company’s profitability.
  • Establish performance goals (KPI) for each team member. Evaluate their performance and provide mentorship and guidance to ensure achievement of objectives.
  • Constantly motivate the sales team, and inspire them to stay focused on company’s goals.
  • Formulate/develop processes and templates that will aid and assist in the team’s performance.
  • Report directly to the VP Accounts & Top Management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Manufacturing), Engineering (Others), Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5-8 years of working experience in the FLEXIBLE PACKAGING INDUSTRY is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to report to work in Novaliches, QC and visit different plants in QC, Cavite and Cebu.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to the project manager for major IT system projects focusing on e-commerce.
  • Consults, analyze and recommend improvements to business partners and coordinate with the programming and development teams to design effective functions to increase the productivity of the company's e-commerce sites.
  • Consults with managerial and systems analysis personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine the extent of programming and coding required.
  • Analyze requests and develop system requirements from workflow charts or diagrams to support business processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will:

  • Analyzes cost accounting data and assists with cycle count and physical inventories
  • Prepares and analyzes weekly, monthly, and quarterly gross margin analysis by product group by customer
  • Compares actual costs to standards and analyzes variances
  • Performs month-end closing activities such as detailed account analysis, reconciles sales, cost, and inventory accounts by product category by the customer, prepares journal entries as necessary and analyzes inventory evaluation and inventory roll forward
  • Reviews and analyzes inventory and margin reports, conducts research, and performs analytical studies regarding cost analyses and profitability
  • Performs monthly review of the compliance to revenue recognition policy
  • Monitors Stock Turn Over per product category and ensures performance targets related to the inventory process are adhered to
  • Monitors a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the record of fixed assets
  • Records fixed assets acquisitions and dispositions in the IFS
  • Tracks company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to investment budget and management authorizations
  • Tracks the compilation of projects/investment costs into fixed assets accounts and closed out those accounts once the related projects/investments have been completed
  • Runs the depreciation for all fixed assets and analyzes the results
  • Reconciles the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary level account in the general ledger
  • Reviews and updates the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation (both in functional currency and Philippine peso)
  • Performs periodic investigation of the potential obsolescence of fixed assets together with asset assignees/owners
  • Conducts periodic impairment reviews for all assets and physical inventory counts
  • Looks for breakthroughs in process improvement relating to cost and fixed assets accounting
  • Ensures compliance to the annual statutory audit requirements and liaises external auditors and government that involve fixed assets
  • Produces timely and accurate routine management accounting reports, schedules, analyses and summaries for review of Country Manager
  • Responsible for the financial dashboard development and maintenance
  • Supports end-to-end process performance and improvements through 5S and Lean practices
  • Works in special projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of B.S Accountancy or any related course
  • CPA or CMA is an advantage 
  • With at least five to 10 years of relevant experience
  • With strong analytical skills and knowledge of standard accounting and methodology
  • Proficient in MS Tools especially advanced or intermediate in MS Office Excel
  • Escalation management and detailed oriented

  • Resolve incoming client and personnel IT queries remotely via phone, ticket or face to face
  • Independently solve standard tickets; Support in difficult situations with guidance from supervision and collaborate with other IT teams globally on ticket resolution (including external support)
