You will:

  • Be the voice of the customers and our marketing ambassador for Emerging Markets. He/she will execute campaigns, plan launches, and develop marketing assets to promote our service, product, event, or campaign.
  • Collaborate synergistically with the regional marketing team, and local sales team in Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, The Philippines, and South Asian markets.
  • Define marketing & launch strategy in close cooperation with in-country Sales & Regional Marketing.
  • Collaborate with the in-country sales team and drive brand & product awareness with the regional marketing team through interaction with customers.
  • Work closely with local customers and regional marketing department to understand their preferences, gather feedback to conduct analysis of marketing services, and monitor our competitors’ strategies.
  • Control and monitor in-country marketing budget. Day-to-day tasks:
  • Implement on & offline marketing and advertising strategies such as organizing special programs/events to market, showcase our products
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, translators, design houses, agencies, and vendors, (including Above-The-Line & Below-The-Line Activities).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide the best possible support materials.
  • Conceptualize/develop local B2B / B2C campaigns, advertisements, brochures, POSMs, and other marketing deliverables.
  • Facilitate and support the regional product launch


  • Experience in marketing with a good understanding and exposure in various marketing channels and techniques
  • Preferably with B2C (business-to-consumer) background
  • Background in Digital Marketing
  • Basic graphic designs skills (Adobe Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop)
  • Proven track record of successful project completion with strong project management skills and with an eye for detail given many ad hoc / tight deadlines.
  • Display strong organizational skills in sourcing, planning, scheduling, and executing strategies
  • Excellent writing skills with good experience in feature writing and copywriting.
  • Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing / Communications / Advertising.

You will:              

  • Manage the Purchase Order (PO) fulfillment cycle, from purchase requisition through Goods Receipt in the Regional Distribution Centers.
  • Work with suppliers and Global Logistics teams to address incidents or exceptions
  • Troubleshoot, expedite and de-expedite product availability and work with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and inventory KPIs, improving customer service and experience, while optimizing logistics cost, inventory and obsolescence
  • Execute and coordinate production priority and supply allocation with Master Production Scheduling, Sales and Product Management under capacity and resource constraint
  • Respond to unexpected event in the supply chain, report and escalate those risks to the Supply Chain Manager
  • Track and improve ship to request and ship to schedule performance
  • Clarify short lead time and abnormal demand with Demand Management, Product Manager, Sales and Customer Service Team
  • Perform and publish root cause analysis on delivery performance KPIs
  • Execute Make-To-Order, Make-to-Forecast and Make-To-Stock strategies
  • Coordinate global stock rebalancing activities
  • Review healthy stock levels, conduct root cause analysis and back to normal actions
  • Speed up maturity of old date code, dead projects and quality issues
  • Track billing and shipping backlog versus forecast
  • Expedite late code and shippable late


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operation Management, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
  • 5+ years working experience in Supply Chain planning
  • Advanced knowledge in ERP system required (SAP preferred), APICS certification is a plus

You will:

  • As Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Retail Salesmen in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives.
  • Supervises Retail Salesmen (Van Salesmen/VSM) in managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of portfolio, and monitoring VSM's accountabilities i.e., sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance​


  • College graduate of any 4 years course 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge in negotiation and consultative selling.

You will:

  • Assist the Finance Manager on budget preparation, CSA testing.
  • Provides assistance during conduct of annual and special external and internal audits
  • Answers all queries and presents required reports and schedules upon request.
  • Close coordination for early completion of auditing tasks
  • Ensures section’s conformance to the procedure defined in the company’s quality system.
  • Checks filing and maintenance of all documents in accordance with quality procedures
  • Coordinates with the Quality Management Representative (QMR) on all matters related to quality system affecting the section
  • Ensures the company’s compliance with all national and local government taxation laws and regulations.
  • Prepares other reports required by other government agencies.
  • Initiates / Oversees implementation of programs/projects aimed in maximizing efficiency and productivity in his/her own area.
  • Conformance and compliance to the roles and responsibilities outlined in the General Responsibilities and Authorities of Supervisors and Managers.

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent business course
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Supervisory level handling GL, AP, Inventory, Costing and other facets of Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing industry
  • Supervisory and Problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably with training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and training related to accounting job functions.
