  • Prior proficiency in AUTODESK, ERP, Support software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, or CRM software such as Salesforce or Hubspot are big pluses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will:

  • Work with Operational and Enterprise Risk colleagues across the globe to develop the risk policies and standards that make up the Operational and Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks (“the Frameworks”), and to coordinate global activities, and to learn collectively from global implementation experiences.

  • A background in risk management, operations, audit, compliance or technology, with 10+ years of experience and a track record demonstrating increasing responsibility
  • Very strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills are a must. The successful candidate must be a strong champion of the Operational Risk Framework and demonstrate value such that the senior leadership team of each business and function will be engaged and commit resources to the program.
  • Very strong relationship building skills and will be required to form and cultivate a strong working relationship with many resources across the Company.
