QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • More than 5 year's working experience in finance, preferably within a multinational company (MNC) or Foreign-Invested Enterprise (FIE).
  • Proficiency in excel and SAP; experience in Power BI/BPC/Business intelligence is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding in accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-learning ability and adaptability to new tools and processes.
  • Good communication skills.

The Supply Chain Lead will work closely with VP of Operations, they will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain management across all business units, ensuring seamless procurement, logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations. This role will develop and implement scalable supply chain strategies to support a multi-brand, multi-location operation while balancing cost efficiency, operational excellence, managing brand-specific requirements and stakeholder expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

Supply Chain & Procurement Management

  • Develop and oversee a supply chain strategy that supports all business units while accounting for their unique operational needs.
  • Lead procurement operations, ensuring efficient ordering from local and international suppliers and partners.
  • Develop vendor relationships and negotiate to maintain quality standards, reduce costs, and secure timely deliveries.
  • Oversee import/export compliance, ensuring seamless customs clearance and delivery timelines.

Warehouse & Logistics Oversight

  • Directly oversee the Warehouse Manager and ensure effective stock management, inventory accuracy, and warehouse efficiency.
  • Establish best practices for storage, logistics, and stock movement across multiple locations.
  • Manage and track shipment timelines, minimizing delays while balancing cost-effective transportation methods.

Inventory & Demand Planning

  • Work closely with store teams and ecommerce channels to ensure proper stock allocation and replenishment.
  • Develop and monitor an inventory tracking system to ensure accurate forecasting and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Work closely with the Finance Department to implement cycle counting procedures to maintain a 99%+ inventory accuracy rate.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Retail, Operations, and Ecommerce teams to ensure aligned supply chain strategies.
  • Provide supply chain insights to finance and executive teams to aid budgeting and cost forecasting.
  • Ensure brand-specific supply chain operations remain flexible and responsive to growth.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and track KPIs to measure warehouse efficiency, procurement effectiveness, and logistics optimization.
  • Continuously refine supply chain cost structures, risk management strategies, and efficiency improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing multi-brand inventory and regional or global supply chain networks.
  • Strong background in data-driven decision-making and implementation of supply chain technology solutions.
  • Understanding of regional import/export regulations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite preferred.

The Legal Manager shall perform exclusive functions of providing legal advice and legal opinion to the Executive Chairman.   • Draft, review and amend Legal Department policies, guidelines and procedures and regularly monitors compliance.
  • Facilitate the procedure on appeals to administrative case decisions when a written appeal or grievance report has been received by the Legal Department from the aggrieved employee.
  • Represent the company, together with Human Resources, in labor (NLRC) cases. Prepares and finalizes position papers, pleadings, appeals, etc. for and on behalf of the company.
  • Prepare and handle all documentary and regulatory requirements in mergers, acquisitions and investments of the company.
  • Conduct legal audit on adherence to corporate governance.
  • Perform corporate secretarial duties and crisis management.
  • Keep all legal records, copies of signed contracts/agreements of the company and other documents.
  • Provide relevant reports to the Executive Chairman as required
  • Act in good faith and in the best interests of the company and conducts work with integrity and responsibility
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law with strong academic credentials. Bar passer.
  • Post-secondary study in Business or an MBA is considered a strong asset.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a business environment.
  • With experience in handling labor cases and litigations.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields in repairs and maintenance management.
  • Currently Manager level in his/her current position and handled minimum of 5 direct reports.
  • Knowledge in computerized maintenance system and inventory management system software is an advantage
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays whenever necessary
  • On call even on weekends to monitor and help store operations
