KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

  • Partner with the Senior Vice President to design and implement short-, mid-, and long-term sales strategies aimed at meeting or exceeding growth objectives for the Industry Service Division in the Philippines.
  • Explore and cultivate new markets, strategic alliances, and key client relationships to support business expansion.
  • Lead business development activities with a focus on the wind and solar energy industries.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans for offshore wind initiatives, particularly targeting market potential in Vietnam.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders at the global, regional, and divisional levels, as well as with strategic partners, to support project negotiations, pricing, and execution.
  • Track and assess project progress to optimize financial outcomes and overall performance, including management of receivables.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships within the industry, engaging proactively with clients, partners, and stakeholders to raise the company’s profile and strengthen its market presence.
  • Direct talent development efforts and succession planning, while mentoring and growing a high-performing sales and operations team to drive strong financial and operational outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 10 years of relevant industry experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical/Petrochemical, and Power Generation, including team leadership, P&L management, and corporate sales.
  • You must have established track records in sales, business development, or management.
  • You must have experience working with Third Party Inspections, or consultancy companies would be an added advantage.
  • You must have broad cross-cultural and market exposure with a strong network within the Chemical, Oil and Gas, and Process industries.

The Paralegal Officer is responsible for managing regulatory compliance, licensing processes, and legal documentation for PEO operations across multiple U.S. states. This role involves coordination with state and federal agencies, tracking regulatory changes, and ensuring accurate reporting and recordkeeping.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

  • Oversee the application, renewal, and regulatory compliance for PEO licenses across various U.S. states.
  • Verify the validity of licenses for newly established worksite locations.
  • Submit timely reports of newly opened and closed worksites to relevant state agencies.
  • Monitor updates in legal and regulatory requirements and adjust internal procedures accordingly.
  • Communicate professionally with the IRS, over 30 state licensing bodies, and the U.S. Department of Labor.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports and licensing documents.
  • Organize and maintain records of client information, legal reports, and official documents.
  • Provide support for additional responsibilities as needed by the PEO and REI teams.
  • Conduct biannual reviews of state-specific licensing regulations across all PEO entities.
  • Assist with project-related legal tasks as defined by project scope.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and established work instructions.
  • Participate in orientation sessions, job-related training, and other company-required learning programs.
  • Report issues with client-provided applications to the appropriate supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

  • Perform sample preparation according to prescribed standards, protocols, and procedures.
  • Prepare reagents, standard solutions, and working solutions in compliance with laboratory SOPs.
  • Conduct physico-chemical testing and analyses, ensuring adherence to quality control guidelines and SOPs.

  • Assist superiors and the R&D team in method validation, development, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to testing procedures and recommend alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and instrument breakdowns promptly to the appropriate authority.
  • Monitor inventory levels of laboratory glassware, reagents, and consumables to prevent shortages.
  • Submit requisitions for supplies and ensure availability of consumables for continuous lab operation.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper housekeeping within the laboratory.
  • Ensure the integrity, traceability, and confidentiality of test results, procedures, and sample information.
  • Perform other relevant tasks or special assignments as delegated by supervisors.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must have a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • You must be a Registered/Licensed Chemist.
  • You must have at least 1–3 years of laboratory experience in chemical testing or quality control. Preferred background in environmental or wastewater testing.
  • You must be proficient in analytical techniques and laboratory instrumentation (e.g., titration, UV-Vis, HPLC, GC, etc.).
  • You must be familiar with quality systems (e.g., ISO 17025, GLP, GMP) is an advantage.
  • You must have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
