Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will:

  • Manage the E2E Risk Management and Crisis Managememt  for GSC PH.
  • Implement and manage the E2E Risk management process in GSC Cooperation with Quality Team, Transition Leaders, PMO, OCM, LSS, Supporting Functions on risk management activities in processes
  • Manage the Crisis Management process, close cooperation with EHS and systems security roles
  • BCP Lead role for GSC, cooperation with BCP Coordinators in different areas, support in definitione and implementation of business continuity plans in Service Delivery, managing testing plans and realization, support for critical roles mngmt.
  • Coordination of BCP at the global GSC level, cross-GSC and with global teams
  • Support for activities on SOX, financial compliance, sourcing and vendor management.
  • Coordination of Corporate Audit calendar for GSC, reporting, communication and monitoring MAP on time completion
  • Knowledge sharing, incl. trainings, onboarding and workshops facilitation
  • Support of the controls and inspections management process
  • Creation and maintenance of relevant process documentation
  • Managing metrics and dashboards for the process
  • Point of contact for Corporate Audit and other defined Stakeholders
  • Support for other roles related to Risk Management, Compliance and QMS

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in Quality, Compliance, Finance or related role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in crisis management or business continuity processes
  • Knowledge of risk management methods and tools, incl. risk detection, assessment as well as risk mitigation strategies
  • Knowledge of relevant risk management and business continuity industry standards is a plus
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard is a plus
  • Experience with project management and process improvement, comfortable usage of tools for RCA, risk management
  • Ability to manage programs, projects and action plans
  • Comfortable usage of Excel, Power BI, SP list, Visio
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Stakeholders management skills
  • Ability to run meetings and facilitate workshops
