Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Partner with Activation Manager to determine staffing needs
- Create innovative strategies and execute sourcing plans to source and attract talents
- Recommend and implement sourcing process improvements
- Assess candidate applications on a daily basis
- Administer appropriate assessment and background checks to candidates
- Provide recommendations and endorsements to clients
- Ensure completion of day-to-day recruitment activities based on SLA
- Prepare description of job openings for advertisement drafting in collaboration with the Community Network Team
- Submit reports regularly and on time
- Deliver ad hoc tasks or special projects based on SLA
- Develop and maintain cordial and professional relationship with clients and internal partners
- Participate in company-wide engagement, CSR and learning and talent development initiatives
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Activation Manager
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related filed
- At least three (3) years relative recruitment experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate candidates based on interviews and assessments
- Ability to provide feedback clearly and tactfully
- Ability to influence and negotiate with diplomacy
- Organized and pays attention to detail
- Driven and goal oriented
- Has the grit to meet targets
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8:30am – 5:30pm)
Work Setup: Work-from-home
