Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

  • Work to improve product quality while suggesting developments in new service products to expand the portfolio
     
  • Create a culture where health, safety and integrity are key
     
  • Execute the strategy within the local unit, productizing service offerings and materials, and driving service sales
     
  • Build sustainable customer relationships and utilizing feedback to drive consistent development of processes and
    practices
     
  • Guide, motivate, coach, and develop the skills, knowledge and competencies of the Service team
     
  • Work with HR Management to ensure that the Service team is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance, field service and project management in related industries preferably
    transformers.
     
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in management position of a multi-discipline work team is essential.
     
  • Experience in local and global business environment with P&L responsibility
     
  • Knowledge and application of certified Quality systems
     
  • Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing
     
  • Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication
    skills
     
  • Engineering degree (or recognized equivalent), business management qualification
