Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

You will:

 

  • Work with business development managers in generating leads, developing and growing sales pipeline; provide support in prospecting, educating and closing;
  • Research and develop new leads and prospects with direction from Sales Managers
  • Support new, renewal and outdated quotes with direction from Sales Managers
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling;
  • Provide first line support for customer inquiries in timely and consistent manner;
  • Manage accounts and develop trusted advisor relationships especially with key accounts; Coordinates with the Business Development Manager. working on the same account to ensure consistent service;
  • Schedule meetings, presentations and demos with Business Development Managers;
  • Manage for new and prospective clients in the company CRM ensuring all communication is logged and accurate;
  • Assess and assist the various Sales Team requests related to technical problems and provide solutions;
  • Provide regular reporting on client service utilization, as well as analysis of usage trends and service opportunities; help then increase usage; detect and prevent potential cancellations;
  • Help define, implement and manage client communication plans to support product usage and growth in accordance with overall account strategy;
  • Proactively contact clients to check in, answer questions, identify training needs and schedule training if needed;
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to discuss overall and/or specific client needs and keeping clients engaged in our products and services;
  • Business and contact research/data entry tasks;
  • Ensure that proper communication line is met with the team in Canada;
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as maybe assigned to you.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication or any other related field​
  • at least 2 years working experience in account management
  • High level of personal initiative
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good analytical and multi-task skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software 

 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

 

2 Shifts Available:

 

Mid: 2 PM to 10 PM

Night: 10 PM to 6 AM

 

Work Set-Up: Applicant should be willing to report onsite (Magallanes, Makati)
