Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will:

  • Responsible for developing and executing internal communication plans
  • Support employee communications and activities, including executive communications, town hall meetings and issuance of newsletters
  • Provide real-time crisis communication support, engaging media as well as developing key messages for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor the Site’s compliance with the DPA, its IRR, issuances by the NPC and other applicable laws and policies.
  • lead data breach and security incident management including submission to the NPC of reports and other documentation concerning security incidents or data breaches within the prescribed period
  • Provide ISSC MNL the technical guidance, oversight and support necessary to ensure a healthy, safe and environmental friendly Site.
  • Create, implement and maintain written policies together with key stakeholders to ensure compliance to contractual, statutory and regulatory requirements 
  • Lead the identification, mitigation and response of ISSC MNL to organizational and business continuity risks

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Tertiary education
  • 5 Years of relevant professional experience
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to make effective decisions, experienced in conflict management
  • Ability to initiate and implement new approaches and procedures, set robust plans in advance, and initiate implementation steps
  • Excellent communication skill; openly and confidently
  • Strong ability to shape conversations and ensure focus and understanding
  • Strong ability to clearly and concisely present both written and/or oral information
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and to drive innovation and change
  • Capable to generate creative ideas/solutions
  • Decision making capabilities and high accountability
  • Ability to coordinate efforts/resources within and across boundaries to deliver goals

Work Schedule: full flexible to any work shift

Work Setup: candidates should be full flexible with hybrid WFH (work from home) and RTO (report to office) and back to regular RTO already
