- Assist French customers with queries and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
- Assist all the team members for translation of French docs/test report, inspection marking or anything that is needed for certification process.
- Ensure the accuracy of information and documentation of client’s data in accordance with CSC.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Build working relationships with France ECs and Technical Support to address client queries
- Resolve any issues/problems for clients in partnership with colleagues in local and overseas customer centres
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least (1) one year of working experience in the related field.
- Must be fluent in French both oral and written communication, preferably a Filipino Citizen.
- Knowledgeable/Familiar in Trade, Documents, Terminology & Trade recording, Indexing & Classification process and requirement.
- Review and Interpreting documents for indexing purpose.
- Assessment of the regulatory status of the product/s and applicable standards/CVG/AIR, HS codes etc.
- Type at 40 Above words/minutes with accuracy rate of at least 95%.
- Committed and can work under pressure/ holidays/ render O.T whenever needed.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Midshift
