Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Collaborate and partner with different key stakeholders in identifying the organization’s human resource and talent strategies
- Partner with various department heads in order to create training and development programs to ensure the employees’ career development plan
- Establish a structured plan to monitor the employees’ performance
- Create employee engagement programs that would aid in employee retention
- Oversee and manage the administration and mitigation of any matter concerning the welfare of the employees
- Analyze market trends in terms of compensation and benefits in order to match it with the company’s policies. This is to ensure employee retention, as well as to attract top talents.
- Create and maintain a Handbook to serve as the rules and regulations of the company
- Ensure the company’s compliance with the Philippine Labor Code
- Oversee and process the company’s and its employees’ government-mandated benefits
- Ensure that the company’s payroll system is accurate and efficient
- Manage HR systems that are beneficial for the development of the company’s overall HR management
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 10 years as an HR Generalist
- Preferably with people management experience
- Experience in a start-up environment is an advantage
