KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will:

• Create and maintain data models/structures that would be the basis for analysis and work closely with stakeholders to generate analytics reports
• Contribute to defining Process mining solution architecture options during the design phases of a project. This includes the approach for modeling the process mining application and technology architecture, including relevant data governance
• Build, test, and validate data models to merge, supervise, and extract data to supply tailored reports to colleagues, customers, or the wider organization
• Work closely with your business to identify issues and use data to propose solutions for effective administrating
• Design and implement Execution Management System (EMS) Views, Knowledge models, and process automation technology to speed up customer's process to bring value and to improve conformance rate
• Training end-users in using process mining software
• Collaborate with IT system experts to ensure the IT systems are set up correctly to gather all relevant information and support the most effective data structures

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years experience in IT consulting, Process improvement, Computer Science, BS Math, IT, Engineering, or similar
• Advanced knowledge of a database query language (SQL, or similar)
• Experience with Scripting (Python, JavaScript, Perl, XML, or similar)
• Knowledge of data structures of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with Celonis or other process mining tools
• A general understanding of finance business processes (Order-to-cash, Purchase-to-Pay) and related metrics
• Have experience with data pipelines and ETL processes, data warehouses/lake, data modeling, schema design, ideally with larger volumes of data
• Experience in reporting, analytics, and insights generation using SAP, Azure, and similar tools
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP API management, data ingestion, and streaming, SSO, LDAP, IT security
• Fluent in and comfortable working and presenting in English
