Job Description

You will:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge about product offerings, business development practices, prospective clients, and industry trends.
  • Elicit, analyze, and interpret information from stakeholders/end-users, and combine these with industry and market data to provide insight into product development, business development, competitive positioning, and pricing.
  • Identify and screen potential business opportunities and recommend the most viable, cost-effective approach in pursuing these business opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, sales and product presentations, contracts, as well as bid and technical documentation related to opportunities, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and project team during requirements analysis to determine project scope and vision, and prioritization of requirements and define project impact, outcome criteria and metrics.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Ensure compliance to company rules and regulations


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate studies or post-graduate studies is an advantage
  • With at least 5 years of experience in business development and analysis
  • Experience working with senior decision makers
  • Experience in managing multi-cultural business leaders and customers
  • Experience working in the education sector is an advantage
  • Proven analytical background, track record of delivering results, with a strong focus on business analysis and development
  • Understanding of the full-cycle sales process.
  • Has Strategic orientation and high level of emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills to handle a large organization with its varied personalities
  • Works in a collaborative manner.
  • Proven listening, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task.
