KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will...

• Manage and lead all enabling works project development activities.
• Define and deliver a program of development including scoping and defining the works, securing consent and defining the schedule and cost to complete.
• Manage project cost, schedule and deliverables in accordance with Project Management Office processes and procedures.
• Ensure that there is high quality and consistent decision making across of individual enabling works packages, consistent within approved delegated authority.
• Manage the scope and agreed handover dates and milestones.
• Provide regular progress report to Supervising Manager
• Manage possible slippage and delays in the project
• Provide leadership and drive continuous improvement
• Preside meetings related to the construction project, and go on job site walks to ensure the project is being built accordance to schedule and agreed quality.
• Work with the whole Team to ensure integration across construction planning, enabling works, and other packages scopes of work and schedules.  

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• At least twenty (20) years of professional experience in construction, design, project management of airports, major building projects, horizontal development, or infrastructures
• Experience in any or combination of the following enabling works:
• Crusher plant, RMC plant, aggregate yard, mobile asphalt plant, genset yard, refueling yard, temporary water, waste management, temporary internal roads & drains, street lighting, temporary drains, medical facilities
• Experience with enabling works’ design and construction for Airport facilities and/or mega development projects is an advantage
• Familiar with engineering deliverables, process and detailing conventions and standards
• Good knowledge in local and international building laws and codes (e.g., NSCP, AASHTO), industry standards and best practices
• Familiar with project integration works and work phasing
• Familiar with approving authorities and governing bodies & agencies
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong coordination skills and a team player
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good leadership and people management skill set
