Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create sales orders based on received requests
  • Assure correctness and completeness of data in customer’s sales order
  • Coordinate process and follow-up the demand orders from the PMI markets and third-party customers
  • Ensure timely shipments in coordination with planning team and manufacturing centers
  • Ensure the reflection of products movements in SAP system in line with financial flows & market specificities
  • Monitor loading schedule and shipment plans update

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in Sales or Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance – related functions
  • Good analytical and research skills & ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent English communication skills to participate in international knowledge sharing and/or migrations
  • Should be able to communicate in any 1 of the languages: Japanese, Korean, Thai, Mandarin, Taiwanese
  • Proven skill in other Asian local language is definitely an asset
