Job Description

Work setup: On-site / Field work
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday - Can start as early as 4:30AM

Field Sales Supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements:

  • You will lead, manage, and coach Retail Salesmen in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives.
  • Supervises Retail Sales team in managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of business portfolio, and monitoring accountabilities such as sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance​.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in People Management (Direct Reports)
  • Experience in General Trade
  • Must have experience in creating various sales strategies (Programs managed and implemented)
  • Must have a valid driver's license and can drive a manual transmission vehicle.

Field Sales Supervisor - Wholesale

Qualifications and Requirements:

    • You will Lead, manage, and coach sales team under a specific territory in the achievement of business objectives.
    • Supervises sales team in managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, A/R management and coverage/area saturation.
    • You will be responsible in monitoring sales team accountability in terms of daily/weekly/monthly sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, fleet maintenance, etc.
    • Must have experience in managing wholesales accounts
    • At least 3 years of working experience in supervising people in an FMCG or service-oriented industry.
    • Must have a valid driver's license and can drive a manual transmission vehicle.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • As a retail salesman, you will negotiate, sell, and distribute portfolio in covered outlets to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution, and visibility of portfolio, and monitoring their accountabilities i.e., sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding accounts receivables, revolving funds, and fleet maintenance.
  • You have a strong interpersonal skill and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling.
  • You have good driving skills and have a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
  • Field sales exposure is an advantage, but highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Area Planning Assistant

Qualifications and Requirements:  

  • Responsible in providing the area management team with timely, insightful, and actionable information, and support commercial plans and strategies through insightful analysis and recommendations based on all available data.
  • Provide commercial planning support to the Sales Team to ensure efficient operation. 
  • Responsible for overall Compliance to process, including tasks but not limited to FG reconciliation, Stock reconciliation, Route Plan Maintenance, Journey Generation, iPad rotation and iPad run and support.
  • Provide relevant data and analysis covering sales volumes, targets, and brand performance. 
  • In coordination with Field Sales and Supervisor, regularly reviews Customer Master Data to ensure data accuracy and completeness of customer records 
  • You must have a bachelor’s degree.
  • You have strong analytical, communication, presentation, and people skills.
  • You are interested in gaining an in-depth understanding of commercial operations.
