Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct stakeholder engagement activities amongst various sectors, e.g. Non-Government Organizations, Government Institutions, and Academe.
• Establish the Multisectoral Consultative Council
• Build relationship with various stakeholders in the public, private and volunteer sectors, that have direct and indirect interests on the project
• Ensure the company’s compliance with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards on stakeholder participation and grievance mechanism specifically on IFC PS 1 & 4
• Perform such other duties and tasks as maybe assigned from time to time by his superior and/or the Management
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• Experience in community organizing and project development
• Has relevant knowledge and training on program/project management
• Previous work experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong with regular field work at the project site

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
