Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct the monitoring and evaluation activities of all projects in the community
- Document all community engagement activities
- Maintain the Registry of Project Affected Persons (PAP) and conduct regular monitoring of said group
- Provide analysis and recommendations on the Livelihood Restoration Plan and Social Development Plan
- Provide all other required reports and recommendations on all community project outcomes
- Ensure that the evaluation and documentation of the project are in line with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards
- Performs such other duties and tasks as maybe assigned from time to time by his superior and/or the Management
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Has extensive experience and training on project management, participatory research; and monitoring and evaluation methods and, project proposal development.
- Previous work experience in a similar project or in a non-government organization/s is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.
- Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong with regular field work at the project site.
