Social Media Listening Team Lead/ Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • He / she will assist the discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand the business need of each social media page and then translate into constructed queries that will monitor social conversation for internal teams as well as competitive brands.
  • He / she dives deep into the data to uncover drivers of social buzz, then translates the data into a compelling story.
  • Will decipher what is important, meaningful data then communicate the concise story that allows the business to makes decision based off the reports.
  • Strong strategic understanding of social listening from a business perspective; Analytical in nature
  • Strong familiarity and understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc.
  • Experience pulling data from social media listening / analytics tools such as Radian6, Visible Intelligence, Sprinklr, SimplyMeasured etc.
  • 8 years and above of related work experience crafting successful social media listening.

Web Analytics Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Implement, coordinate and administer Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager, Google BigQuery and Google Data Studio to effectively track and analyze the websites􀍛􀀃key performance metrics, competitive trending, and marketing activities
  • Direct queries, track logs, and analyze databases to create custom dashboards and recurring daily, weekly and monthly reports to identify trends, anomalies and proactively inform stakeholders
  • Create forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models
  • Identify insights and provide recommendations to improve performance and process
  • Manage data collection and reporting project and timelines
  • Document Google infrastructure, manage user permissions, and create training materials for ongoing training and support
  • Researches the Analytics discipline, reading and networking in order to stay at the top of new trends, technology, AI and best practices.
  • 8 years and above of related work experience crafting successful web marketing analytics

Paid Media/ Paid Socials (Senior Specialist)

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Support planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of the paid search strategy to drive qualified leads. He / she has strong interest in exploring and applying modern day media platforms (specifically paid search).
  • Support development, execution, and reporting of the recruitment marketing digital strategy to drive applicants. He / she has strong interest in exploring and applying modern day media platforms (specifically Recruitment channels) and the tools used to engage potential new hires.
  • Experience in Google Ads manager and any SEM software such as Sprinklr, Skai, DV360, Adobe.
  • Exhibits a high degree of comfort with social platforms and have been active users and/or administrators of specific social media platforms with focus on Facebook, Instagram, Linked-In and Twitter, for both organic and paid social marketing campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of the Digital Marketing landscape and how social media plays a role in the marketing efforts across all channels and platforms.
  • Exhibits a high degree of comfort with SEM and have been active users and/or administrators of google SEM accounts.
  • 5 years and above of related work experience crafting successful digital media plans.
