Field Sales Supervisor

Work setup: On-site / Field work
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday - Can start as early as 4:30AM
Office locations:

  • Central Luzon - (Subic, Cauayan and Cabanatuan)

Field Sales Supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements:

  • You will lead, manage, and coach Retail Salesmen in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives.
  • Supervises Retail Sales team in managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of business portfolio, and monitoring accountabilities such as sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance​.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in People Management (Direct Reports)
  • Experience in General Trade
  • Must have experience in creating various sales strategies (Programs managed and implemented)
  • Must have a valid driver's license and can drive a manual transmission vehicle. 

Field Sales Executive

Work setup: On-site / Field work
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8AM to 5PM and Saturday 8AM to 12NN.
Office locations:

  • North and Central Luzon – (Cauayan, San Fernando, Cabanatuan, Subic, Mangaldan, Guiguinto and Vigan)

Field Sales Executive

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • You will plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate activities in your assigned territory to support achievement of volume and market share growth.
  • You will ensure availability, visibility potential, distribution, and price compliance of products in the outlets.
  • Experience in implementing national and local trade programs, adult consumer promotions, and engagement activities.
  • You will develop and coordinate action plans needed with counter-part Salesman, to achieve volume targets.
  • Raise adult consumer preference for product distribution of our brands in outlets for incremental sale
  • Must be amenable to doing regular fieldwork
  • Must have a valid driver's license and can drive a manual transmission vehicle.
