Job Description

This person is the main sales interface in the Philippines. The objective is to drive sales growth through the project and retail channels and optimize the sales channel and product portfolio


You will:

Distribution Management

  • Lead the daily contact window to existing distributors in the Philippines.
  • In charge of the strategy and proposals for changes are expected to achieve sales growth in the project and retail channels with an updated product portfolio
  • Identify short and mid-term targets with customers and prepare action plans for execution
  • Prepare annual sales and gross profit plans including margin management
  • Monitor Conduct updates with the distributor and Franke management on the YTD sales performance
  • Do sales and product training required for the distributors’ sales team

Retail Sales

  • Managed and develop a strong retail channel with existing customers.
  • New routes to market through additional sales channels should be explored, which can include new channels with existing customers, new customers for new target channels
  • Explore the feasibility of a Franke flagship store to promote Franke’s brand and target position
  • Monitor the sell-in/out performance of retail stores.
  • Adjust the product offering and pricing strategy to align with the growth targets and target positioning of the Franke brand
  • Develop and execute product phase in phase-out plans
  • Develop and maintain competitive product pricing in line with Franke’s margin targets
  • Plan and execute sales promotion
  • Manage the external in-store sales promotion team
  • Monitor the performance of in store sales promotion team and propose incentives to drive sell outgrowth

Project Sales

  • Develop a close relationship with major developers and project stakeholders
  • Establish a mid-term project pipeline and closely follow up on closing the projects
  • Work closely with the distributor to achieve common margin targets and the correct product selection for the projects


  • Lead the Franke flagship store project in 2023.
  • Set up the brand flagship store within the agreed budget
  • Achieve sales targets and cost targets for this location

People Management

  • Manage and lead the Assistant sales manager for Projects
  • Support in daily activities and guide for mid-term developments
  • Be accountable for the Project sales targets and personal objectives



  • Graduate of Any 4-year Bachelor’s degree Business Related Course
  • Proven track record in sales management. Experience in both, B2B and B2C
  • Strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution
  • High professionalism and integrity
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, with a clear focus on high
  • Strong organizational, planning, and implementation skills
  • Relationship-oriented, able to get on with others, team player

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible Schedule

Work Setup: Remote work but needed to do Client Visit (Face to Face) only if needed
