Job Description

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our hotel's operations. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Supervise work at all levels, including receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees, etc., and set clear objectives for each department.
  • Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage budgets and expenses, analyze and interpret financial information, and monitor sales and profits to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services, drive bookings, and increase occupancy rates.
  • Communicate with customers when appropriate, including welcoming them to the facilities, addressing their complaints, finding solutions to problems, and providing relevant information.
  • Handle maintenance issues, staff shortages, equipment needs, renovations, and other operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners, and other stakeholders to enhance guest experiences and business partnerships.
  • Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a relevant role within the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of all hotel management best practices, relevant laws, and guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong business mindset to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Reliability and the ability to multi-task while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and great attention to detail.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.

 

Work Schedule: Six Days a Week
