Job Description

Responsible for overseeing and cultivating relationships with influencers, creators, and Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs). Primarily focusing on TikTok, you will align requirements for other relevant platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. In collaboration with the production team, you will provide crucial support in managing creators from MCNs and individual creators for content production.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Influencer Management:
       - Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, and MCNs on TikTok and other relevant platforms.
       - Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Content Production Support:
       - Collaborate with the Producer to identify and manage creators from MCNs and individual influencers for content production.
       - Ensure alignment of influencer content with the brand's messaging and objectives.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
       - Devise and implement influencer marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
       - Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Contract Negotiation:
       - Negotiate and finalize contracts with influencers, creators, and MCNs, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
       - Manage budget allocations for influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Content Guidelines and Compliance:
       - Develop and communicate clear content guidelines to influencers, ensuring brand consistency.
       - Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in influencer partnerships.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends:
       - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and changes in influencer marketing regulations.
       - Implement innovative strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of social media trends.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
       - Provide regular reports on the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
       - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize future influencer collaborations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the E-commerce industry.
  •  Strong knowledge of TikTok and other relevant social media platforms.
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  •  Ability to multitask and manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously.
  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  •  Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to influencer campaigns.

 

Work Setup: Hybrid; BGC.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday.
