Job Description

The Institutional Sales Relationship Manager is responsible for helping drive the YoY business growth through the acquisition and management of new clients together with the support of an Institutional Sales Associate and where appropriate, in partnership with Independent Wealth Consultants.



You will:

  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients from the targeted sectors of institutions
  • Identify new business opportunities from existing Institutional clients
  • Develop effective presentations and sales pitches backed by well researched data and understanding of the potential institutional clients
  • dentify client needs and be able to work closely with internal units to provide the solutions that will fulfill the client needs.
  • ctively participate in associations and industry events in order to keep up with trends and opportunities
  • Build strong and productive relationships across all internal product, client services, operations and marketing areas
  • Comply with regulatory requirements, company and group policies, maintain compliance awareness
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies of the ATRAM Institutional and Solutions Business



  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the fields of corporate banking sales, treasury sales, investor relations
  • Relevant educational qualifications, preferably a university degree in business or finance fields
  • With applied experience in economics, financial markets and asset management products
  • Possessing Professional Certifications such as Certified Investment Solicitor, Treasury Professional are a PLUS
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant rules and regulations of the financial markets, asset management, trust and the specific target sector and industries
  • Strong communication skills {both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced presenter
  • A quick-thinker, creative and open-minded
  • Detail-oriented
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • High facility with Power Point and/or CANVA applications
  • High level of integrity with a customer-focused mindset
  • Adaptability to different partners and decision makers of entities


Work Arrangement: Hybrid set up (2 – 3 times onsite)
