 Key Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Drive significant revenue growth and set/exceed sales targets.
  • Implement cutting-edge technology for sales process improvement, data analytics, and CRM.
  • Strategically plan and develop strong distribution networks across the Philippines.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team with effective training and evaluation systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Senior Sales Leadership in FMCG, with international exposure.
  • Proven nationwide expansion capability, change management, and experience in hyper-growth environments.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
