Job Description
The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the company, including store management and manufacturing processes. This individual will ensure seamless coordination between retail and production operations to achieve operational excellence, drive performance, and meet business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Supervise and support store managers to ensure smooth daily operations across all retail locations.
- Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory management.
- Implement and uphold operational standards and company policies in all stores.
- Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to improve store profitability.
- Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Lead and support the manufacturing team in achieving production goals.
- Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and materials management to enhance productivity.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
- Create and manage budgets for both store and manufacturing operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for store managers and manufacturing leads.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support professional growth for direct reports.
- Promote open communication and teamwork across departments.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a bachelor’s or master’s degree holder in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- You must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a retail and/or manufacturing environment.
- You must have proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- You must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- You must be proficient in using operations management software and tools.
- You must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm)
Work Setup: Onsite
