Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in the integration team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MuleSoft integration solutions. Your work bridges the gap between customers and engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient software development.  

Design and Development: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement integration solutions using Anypoint Studio.
  • Create, enhance, and maintain MuleSoft integration applications.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of MuleSoft applications. 

Technical Expertise: 

  • Work closely with MuleSoft Architects to design and implement MuleSoft solutions.
  • Develop and test MuleSoft applications, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug integration issues, ensuring smooth functionality. 

Customer Support: 

  • Provide technical assistance to MuleSoft customers and partners.
  • Respond to customer feedback, address issues, and optimize software solutions.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams during installations and maintenance. 

Work Set up: Hybrid, 2-3x a week onsite 
Work Location: BGC, Taguig 
Work Schedule: UK Time zone (3PM-12MN PHT)
