Job Description:

As a Business Activation Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing plans to expand the business and enhance market presence. You will develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and improve the organization's brand presence.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will:

  • Market Awareness: Stay abreast of market shifts, identify emerging markets, and monitor new products and competitors.
  • Marketing and New Business Development: Identifying new product opportunities or products, packaging and service changes, surveying clients’ needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
  • P&L Management: Positively impacting the P&L through cost-containment and efficiency measures
  • Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key organizations and businesses to drive growth and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact for all partnership-related matters.

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, Management, Marketing, or any related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Must have at least 5 to 7 years of sales and marketing experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment, preferably in the Publishing, IT (SaaS), Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries;
  • Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
