Job Description:
As the Customs Trade Compliance and Operations Manager, you are responsible for overseeing daily company operations, including supply chain and logistics management, and ensuring compliance with environment, health, and safety regulations. Additionally, you represent the company in government transactions, ensuring adherence to legal standards and fostering positive relationships with regulatory authorities. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.
• Managing and performing supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods, or products for resale.
• Planning and implementing all environment, health and safety policies, guidelines, and procedures in FPM in compliance with the DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards, DENR environmental standards, and other legally required standards, and for the environment, health and safety of the company and its employees.
• Represents the company in government transactions as required and as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration or any related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of customs clearance regulations and requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO Processes and Supplier Management.
• Required skill(s): Strong Leadership, People Management, Excellent Customer Service Orientation and Negotiation Skills
• Strong Communication skills with strong business-related knowledge.

Work Schedule: Onsite, Regular Shift
