Lead end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in helping our clients streamline their HR processes, enhance workforce management, and maximize the capabilities of SuccessFactors Employee Central.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central for clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and design tailored solutions that align with their HR strategies.
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet client specifications and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices related to HR processes, data migration, and integration with other HCM modules.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower client teams and end-users.
  • Stay abreast of the latest updates and enhancements in SuccessFactors Employee Central and other related modules.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 3-5 years of proven experience in end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to configure and customize SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet client requirements.
  • Experience with Time-Off module is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus. • Strong experience in leading a team for the EC implementation project and collaboratively work with off-shore team KSA
  • Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
  • Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers while inspiring and motivating others.
  • Ability to work in teams and independently.
  • Strong organizational, planning and management skills.
  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You Will:

  • Perform monthly closing of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and bank reconciliation.
  • Perform processing and recording of accounting transactions ensuring high level of accuracy and proper documentation in accordance with internal Finance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain company’s book of accounts, financial schedules and supplementary reports
  • Manage end to end accounts payable and receivable transactions and process.
  • Prepare check payments, vouchers, wire transfers, and online transactions, as approved by authorized signatories.
  • Perform monthly general accounts analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements, foreign currency payments, fixed assets, receivables, payables, accruals, prepaid expenses, and the like.
  • File tax returns including but not limited to income tax, Value Added tax, withholding taxes, doc stamp tax, etc.
  • Perform and assist on financial and tax compliance audits.
  • Prepare and file statutory reports to government agencies (BIR, SEC, LGUs, etc.) such as but not limited to audited financial statements, GFFS and other reportorial requirements.
  • Submit quarterly alphalist to BIR e-submission on a timely basis.
  • Update company information and details as required by the bank and BIR.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks, analysis and projects as assigned
  • Able to train and supervise Junior accountant(s)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related (essential).
  • Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) certificate (advantageous but not required).
  • At least 5 years of meaningful experience in Taxation and Accounting
  • Thorough knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and financial procedures
  • Sound knowledge of Philippine Taxation such as but not limited to preparation of filing of tax returns, handling of BIR audit and tax claims.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, and knowledgeable in Computerized Accounting System is an advantage.

Description

  • We are seeking passionate and driven engineers to join our Cebu-based engineering team.
  • We are expanding globally, starting with Southeast Asia. To this end, we are establishing engineer teams in Cebu to develop one of our products – Online invoice receiving solution "Bill One". Our global teams are mainly focused on building new features for a worldwide audience, as well as supporting effective localization of products and services initially designed for the Japan market.
  • We seek ambitious software engineers to help us in this endeavor. They will do this by understanding and improving our products and their features, integrating and scaling them to new markets, and perceiving and prioritizing user experience and needs.

Objective

  • The team in Cebu is independent from the head office in Japan. Each engineer will be expected to take leadership to improve usability for global users. This role is not for Offshore development)
  • The development process does not end with a product's creation. We will continue to evolve the features we have released as we incorporate the feedback we receive from our international users.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years' experience with web application development using the following or similar technologies: C#, Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, Node.js, Scala, etc.
  • Experience in new product development
  • Team development experience using GitHub
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.)
  • Experience working with infrastructure engineering
  • Agile software development experience
  • Knowledge of accounting services
