JOB TITLE: Digital Graphics Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Define and maintain brand identity and creative standards across digital, print, and experiential channels.

• Conceptualize and execute campaign-level creatives for marketing, product, and growth initiatives.

• Oversee production of multi-format assets: social media, web, ads, presentations, print materials, and

event collaterals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with business goals.

• Manage workflows, timelines, and priorities, providing clear direction to agencies and freelancers.

• Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance creative efficiency while maintaining originality and brand integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in creative design, brand, or visual communications; prior experience as Senior Designer/Art

Director/Creative Lead preferred.

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and campaign work.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of motion/video tools a plus.

• Expertise in visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Experience in brand governance and evolving brand guidelines.

• Experience in regulated or service-oriented industries (insurance, finance, healthcare, tech) is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows and digital-first design principles.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Work Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Responsible for ensuring that all transactions are properly accounted for and reconciled to bank and GL on a daily basis and instruct payment requests
  • Prepare reconciliation between loan servicing reports to loan balance movement in GL
  • Calculate monthly servicing and management fees
  • Enter invoices and update transactions in Xero
  • Prepare month end journals
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliation
  • To reconcile unit holding from unit registry system to GL
  • Prepare ABS Survey of Financial Information statements for the trusts
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as required

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • Background and working knowledge in Trust Accounting, preferably with Australia-based companies
  • Working knowledge in accounting tools and software
  • Experience in managing a small-to-medium organization’s accounting, tax and statutory compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills - can articulate his/her skills, background with ease.
