The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees through medical support, preventive care, and compliance with occupational health standards. This role ensures a safe and healthy workplace by delivering immediate care, managing health records, and supporting wellness initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees as needed
- Administer medications, treatments, and conduct routine health assessments
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and medical facilities for advanced care and referrals
- Implement and monitor compliance with occupational health and safety standards and company policies
- Promote health and wellness programs to educate and support employees’ physical and mental well-being
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify, assess, and address workplace health-related concerns
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
- At least 6 months of experience as a Company Nurse or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and practices
- Ability to promote and advocate for employee health and well-being
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
