KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will:

• Be responsible for the provisioning of all onboarding/off boarding requests and implementation of new user requests utilizing Active Directory and other product lines.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to manage requests and projects accordingly.
• Oversee technical configurations of multiple identity and access management solutions and processes – predominantly Okta, Azure Active Directory and Thycotic
• Be responsible for the creation and optimization of onboarding and offboarding as well as other relevant IAM scripting
• Participate in defining and implementing overall access and authorizations, security strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in the creation of IAM architectures.
• Develop policies and procedures for provisioning new user accounts and resolving permission-related issues.
• Perform regular account audits and provide permission reporting in response to audit requests.
• Work with department leaders to understand business requirements, information technology standards, information security policies, and other considerations that influence how identity and access solutions and services should perform and operate using a risk-based approach.
• Ensure identity and access services perform according to defined processes and comply with applicable information security requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer or Information Science and or Information Technology and or other related degree
• 7-10 years of experience with Active Directory, LDAP profile, or Azure AD configuration
• 3-5 years of experience with Okta and ADFS
• 1-2 years of experience working with security software and tools
• 2 years of experience with managing 3rd party systems access
• Advanced understanding of joiner, mover, leaver processes
• Intermediate understanding of IAM concepts such as least privilege, Role based access control, and access governance

Work Schedule: Morning shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

• Create accurate 3D models and detailed drawings of designs for communication to customers, company staff, and suppliers
• Coordinate with project team to ensure on-time project completion
• Follow all requirements to support the company's Quality Objectives

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar required
• Basic knowledge of statistics and their application to product design and control
• Ability to write clearly about highly technical subject matter
• Proficient in mechanical design, calculation, analysis, and simulation
• Proficient in CAD design using Solidworks
• Thorough understanding of ERP (Syspro)
• Must have background in handling plastic components / products

• Devise testing methods to evaluate function, projected life, and product quality.
• Validate proper function, projected life, and quality of products through effective testing methods
• Create accurate schematics, PCBA layouts, and detailed drawings of designs for communication to customers and suppliers
• Coordinate with project team to ensure on-time project completion
• Follow all requirements to support the company's Quality Objectives

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar required
• Basic knowledge of statistics and their application to product design and control
• Ability to write clearly about highly technical subject matter
• Proficient in circuit design, calculation, analysis, and simulation
• Proficient in PCBA layout using Altium Designer
• Thorough understanding of ERP (Syspro)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will:

• Prepare 3D models and detail drawings with CAD software using the company and customer standards or procedures to meet all requirements
• Develop engineering bills of materials that are complete and accurate
• Coordinate with Engineering team to ensure on-time project completion
• Review drawings for completeness of information and engineering specifications to ensure error free designs
• Follow all requirements to support the comapny's Quality Objectives

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate degree in drafting or similar or 5 years minimum relevant experience preferred
• Ability to write clearly about highly technical subject matter
• Proficient in Solidworks
• Must exhibit familiarity with basic drafting standards and GD&T
• Thorough understanding of ERP (Syspro)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will

• Support the Head with accurate and concise technical advice pertaining to production maintenance programs, plant history, strategic spare holdings and effective utilization of the production reliability maintenance tools.
• Complete technical reviews of plant equipment and systems ensuring suitability, optimization of performance and maximizing of efficiency.
• Be responsible for effective periodic maintenance plans developed to reduce down time and increase equipment reliability and availability.
• Manage the production maintenance shutdown, start up, and ensuring preparation and planning stages are fully optimized.
• Ensure effective delegation of routine maintenance to the production maintenance supervisor & technicians, workshop employees & supervisors.
• Be responsible for the implementation of sound budgetary control and recommends to the Head the annual production maintenance budget in accordance with the production operating plan.
• Evaluate and improve production maintenance processes to optimize productivity and quality.
• Ensure the development and adherence to all production equipment.
• Ensure production equipment and machine stability and efficiency for quality, yield and cost.
• Identify and propose improvements to any equipment or systems, to improve production and operations

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Must have Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License
• With equivalent of seven (7) years relevant superintendent or managerial experience is required
• Experts in reading and writing diagrams and instructions in the plant
• Capable of working with the plant’s contractors and vendors
• Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques
• Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method
• Knowledge in LOTO and PTW; preparation, issuance and cancellation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Perform various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on integrated bottle lines, tube lines and flexibles.
• Inspect parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications, operates integrated bottle lines/ tube lines/ flexibles in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4-year course or 2-year Vocational/ Technical Course related to Manufacturing 
• At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing/consumer goods industry
• Has experience in multi lane packaging machine is a plus
