The position is responsible for overseeing and directing subordinates in their daily monitoring and maintenance activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

• Oversee effective implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) on production machines and facilities.
• Monitor availability of stocks for machine parts, consumables, and fuel (bunker oil, industrial diesel & coal inventory).
• Coordinate/follow up with purchasing on requested items, its delivery schedule, pick up dates of repair jobs.
• Coordinate and discuss with suppliers & contractors regarding product specifications, project compliance to requirements and project planning.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• You must be a graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering.
• You must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• You must have at least 3 years extensive background as an Engineering Supervisor in a food/dairy manufacturing set-up.
• You must have experience in equipment and facilities maintenance work with an emphasis on mechanical and electrical.
• With experience on CMMS or any industrial maintenance management program/ software is an advantage.

Work Schedule: Rotational Shift (6am – 6pm OR 6pm – 6am)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holder of Higher Certificate/Higher Diploma/Degree or above in Building, Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial position and related discipline.
• Experience in BPO or Data Center setup in handling critical equipment like UPS, PACU, Preaction or Gas Suppression Systems, BMS, and Water Leak Detection Systems is a definite advantage.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection Systems, Electrical Systems, Kitchen Equipment, RO Systems, and BMS Systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems, such as BMS, and other computerized control/monitoring systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of people.
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
• Experience in fit-out, testing commissioning, and handover.
• A licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• With a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing/ fabrication company.

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and developing product designs, prototypes, and technical specifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design concepts are transformed into efficient and manufacturable products. Your engineering expertise and creative problem-solving abilities will contribute to the company's success and technological advancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Develop product concepts from customer requirements, product ideas, and inter-department inputs.
• Develop design concepts, engineering mock-ups, prototypes, and validation plans.
• Develop high-quality, creative, cost-effective, and innovative designs based on customer needs.
• Define and recommend appropriate technologies for new products.
• Create documents and parametric models related to the design engineering function, such as assembly drawings, detail drawings, and bills of material.
• Ensure that the design complies with NSF/UL and other local standards.
• Re-engineer existing products as required.
• Maintain and update existing drawings of kitchen equipment.
• Adjust engineering design based on process and cost requirements.
• Provide detailed & accurate cost estimates for new/existing products.
• Provide timely reports of project status, product performance, and compliance with standards.
• Support CAD engineer in doing kitchen plan generation.

Play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing projects related to energy efficiency, sustainability, and chemical safety. Responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and completion of projects within specified timelines and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of engineering principles. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

• Supervise /Coordinate installation of HVAC and other mechanical works.
• Ensures proper preparation of drawings inspection and initialing each deviation or revision as well as certifies its accuracy.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of on-site HVAC construction coordination.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Job Description:

Given the rising prerequisites for energy audit service, particularly for those requiring aptitude on mechanical systems, the Energy Efficiency Team will require an audit engineer with mechanical engineering background to provide focus on HVAC and motor systems. He/She will help the group in conducting energy audit that incorporates walkthrough inspection and report creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

• Entertain queries for energy audit and DOE compliances
• Conduct preliminary energy audit desktop review
• Conduct initial customer inspection, kickoff meeting and assist in creation of proposals
• Conduct walkthrough audit/inspection with focus on HVAC and mechanical systems
• Prepare a service report after the conduct of the walkthrough audit
• Assist in the energy audit data gathering and analysis
• Assist in the creation of the energy audit report
• Present the energy audit report findings to the customer

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in energy auditing
• Team Player and no problem conducting ocular and walkthrough inspections
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• Knowledgeable in RA 11285
• Awareness in Energy Management Systems
