KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will:

Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute an integrated media strategy across ATL (TV, Radio, Print, OOH, Cinema) and Digital Media (Social, Search, Display, Programmatic, Video, Influencer Marketing, etc.).
  • Lead the research, identification, and implementation of emerging media trends, technologies, and platforms.
  • Ensure media strategies are aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, PR, Brand, and Data Analytics) to deliver holistic marketing campaigns.

Innovation & Experimentation

  • Drive a culture of experimentation in media planning by constantly testing new platforms, formats, and ad technologies.
  • Establish relationships with media partners, startups, and technology firms to gain early access to beta programs and new ad solutions.
  • Evaluate and pilot AI-driven media buying, personalization, and automation tools to enhance efficiency.

Budgeting & ROI Optimization

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of media planners, buyers, and analysts.

Partnerships & Collaboration

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3+ years in an advertising/production environment, including ASC clearance
  • Exposure in print projects (OOH, KVs, ATL), Digital (social media & web), and Production (shoots, commercials, videos)
  • Strong numeracy skills
