KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 
You will: 

• Oversee cash management activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Direct financial reporting and analysis within the Finance Section.
• Monitor and evaluate cash management performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Design and implement financial controls and operational procedures.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Manage credit collection processes to ensure timely receivables collection.
• Supervise cash disbursement activities and review cash flow projections.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
• Offer strategic financial advice to senior management. 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must be a college graduate of Finance, Accounting, or any related course. MBA or CPA is preferred
• You must have at least 5 years of work experience in a finance managerial role, preferably in a Japanese manufacturing set-up.
• You must have at least 5 years of accounting and banking system/ruling experience. 
• You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing and taxation.
• You must have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• You must be proficient in financial software's and MS Office Suite
• You must be knowledgeable on foreign currency transactions.
• You must be willing to be assigned to Malvar Batangas

Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm) 

Work Setup: Onsite; Malvar, Batangas
