Job Description

The position of Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor is tasked with conducting financial information analyses by developing financial models that serve as a foundation for the management team's decision-making process. Additionally, this role provides support to various functions within the organization regarding related inquiries and tasks. The objective is to ensure the identification and emphasis of financial risks and opportunities, leveraging them for the benefit of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Confirms settlement transactions and balances to ensure proper classification of reconciled reports.
  • Oversees the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Develops financial models for business cases to guarantee a comprehensive understanding of both revenue and profit opportunities.
  • Tracks financial performance through insightful analyses and reports delivered to senior management. Emphasizes both opportunities and risks based on trends, analyses, and external influences.
  • Aids in month-end closing activities, which include but are not limited to GAP payments, Sales Incentive calculations, monitoring expenses in cost centers, and preparing Board Reports.
  • Supports the management team in creating presentation materials primarily for the CEO's use in presentations to the BLT, Board Members, and Business partners.
  • Facilitates regular business reviews with the BLT. Compiles financial information and presentations to underscore opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborates with various functions and personnel throughout the organization concerning financial analysis and modeling.
  • Coordinates and addresses inquiries and concerns from external parties, such as shareholders and auditors, related to financial matters.
  • Enhances productivity by creating automated accounting applications and analytical tools.
  • Workplace Culture, Special Assignments and Projects, Miscellaneous Support Functions, Ad Hoc Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Engages in and contributes to internal and external training, workshops, webinars, and audits of systems, processes, and protocols relevant to your role, systems, processes, and functions;
  • Executes ad hoc tasks, functions, and/or responsibilities as may be required by the Company, its officers, and/or Management/Executive Team from time to time; and
  • Offers feedback to promote continuous improvement and advancement of the Group’s vision, mission, core values, goals, activities, and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Finance or Accountancy degrees
  • Preferred, Master’s Degree / Business Management or Financial Certifications
  • Preferred, Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of work experience with proven track record on Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, etc
