KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Monitors the flow of delivery from manufacturer to client
- Update daily monitoring and reporting to clients
- Coordinate with client's pull-out and delivery dates
- Process documentation for sending to Head Office
- Provide high-quality customer service to customers to ensure smooth flow of deliveries to dealers
- Communicate to drivers and helpers clear delivery directions to ensure on-time arrival of goods
- Provide support on key regulatory, customer and 3rd party audits.
- Track, monitor, and report quality assurance metrics for the site.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must have a 4-year College Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- At least 2 years of work experience in documentation handling.
- Must be keen on details and well-organized.
- Excellent communication with customers and staff members.
- Must have a good temperament to handle emergencies and disputes.
- Implement and improve customer service experience
- Must be industrious, honest and target driven.
- Must possess analytical, systematic and result oriented. Problem-solver.
- Can handle pressure. Positive energy.
