In this role, the primary focus is on driving lead generation, managing CRM processes, executing targeted sales campaigns, and supporting desk selling initiatives. The position plays a vital role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building relationships, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online databases, social media, industry events, and outbound prospecting methods such as cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads by conducting initial outreach to assess their fit, level of interest, and potential for conversion, utilizing lead scoring systems to prioritize high-value prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead details, including contact information, lead status, and communication history.
  • Develop and implement outbound lead generation campaigns (email, cold calls, social selling) to engage prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads, aligning efforts to optimize sales outcomes.
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics (e.g., conversion rates, outreach response rates) to assess performance and refine strategies.
  • Engage potential leads through email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest in the company’s offerings.
  • Evaluate lead quality through discovery calls and prioritize high-potential opportunities using a structured lead scoring system.
  • Ensure all lead interactions and communications are accurately documented in the CRM system for consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop personalized email sequences and outreach strategies to strengthen relationships with leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Facilitate the transfer of qualified leads to the sales team by providing key insights from initial interactions to improve conversion rates.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must be a college graduate of Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You must have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Development Specialist, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • You must have experience in doing outbound lead generation (cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach) and inbound lead qualification.
  • You must have a strong understanding of lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • You must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm) 

Work Setup: Onsite, Alabang Muntinlupa City
