 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will: 

  • Manage marketing data pipelines and maintain performance dashboards
  • Conduct weekly analysis of paid media, CRM activities, and promotional campaigns
  • Uncover optimization opportunities by examining trends and running tests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish KPIs and develop reporting frameworks

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • You must have at least 2-4 years in analytics, preferably marketing-focused. Experience in iGaming or e-commerce analytics is a plus
  • You must have experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, GDS)
  • You must have strong SQL or Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

 Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm)

The role will focus on diagnosing, resolving, and preventing data quality issues, which is critical for investor reporting and regulatory compliance. You will implement and maintain data governance structures while performing ongoing monitoring and remediation. The position requires a technically proficient individual who can perform deep root cause analysis across our data ecosystem while effectively collaborating with our Australian business teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Conduct root cause analysis of data quality issues across our technology stack (Salesforce, SQL Server, loan servicing systems)
  • Develop SQL queries to investigate and validate data integrity throughout the pipeline
  • Implement improved data validation controls and automated quality checks
  • Set up and configure data governance frameworks in Microsoft Purview (or similar tool) for monitoring and compliance
  • Collaborate on the development of data quality metrics, thresholds, and scoring systems to measure and track quality
  • Establish automated monitoring processes to proactively identify issues
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement technical solutions for data quality problems
  • Document data lineage, transformation logic, and system integration points
  • Conduct regular data quality assessments and report to stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data engineering or related field
  • 3+ years working in data analysis, data governance or data quality roles
  • Advanced proficiency SQL Server and Reporting
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview or similar data governance tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis and data quality framework implementation
  • Knowledge of data quality dimensions and metrics development
  • Experience with ETL processes and data integration concepts

Work Schedule: Early Shift (6AM - 3PM)

Work Set-up: Onsite, Ortigas, Pasig.
