The SAP Finance and Controlling Lead will oversee the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of the SAP Finance module. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of SAP Finance solutions with the organization's business processes and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

• Oversee the implementation and configuration of the SAP Finance module, including requirements gathering, solution design, and project timeline management.
• Customize SAP Finance functionalities to meet organizational requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
• Provide specialized knowledge in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
• Partner with finance and accounting teams to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities within SAP.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP Finance solutions.
• Deliver ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve challenges related to the SAP Finance module.
• Train end-users on SAP Finance functionalities and promote organization-wide adoption.
• Stay informed about SAP updates, patches, and upgrades, implementing enhancements to improve system performance and functionality.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for additional support and expertise on the SAP Finance module.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must be a bachelor’s degree holder in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• You must have proven experience as an SAP Finance Consultant or SAP Finance Lead, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Finance modules.
• You must have in-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• You must have a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices.
• You must have experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation is highly desirable.
• You must have an excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and/or Controlling (CO) modules is a plus.

The Finance Operations Manager leads efforts to optimize healthcare claims processing through technology and process improvements. This role involves managing claims operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and collaborating across teams to implement seamless solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Ensure Identify and apply technological tools to enhance workflow efficiency, leveraging operational expertise and active involvement in daily tasks.
• Lead initiatives to streamline healthcare claims processes, emphasizing automation and productivity.
• Work closely with healthcare, finance, and product teams to integrate new systems effectively.
• Supervise claims processing, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
• Create and improve reporting tools to maintain precise data for hospital bills, procedures, and fees.
• Manage claims reimbursement workflows for services like maternity, dental, and laboratory fees, ensuring prompt payments.
• Produce detailed internal reports for operational insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

As the Credit Manager for the Corporate Portfolio, you will support Institutional Banking teams with end-to-end management of the credit portfolio, which includes: conducting credit approvals within delegated credit authority including review and challenge of credit submissions; portfolio monitoring/analysis; and, providing recommendations to senior credit approvers on credit related matters in an efficient and timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Support global teams in managing credit portfolios within agreed Risk Frameworks
• Work collaboratively with senior credit approvers with recommendations on credit related matters.
• Review and challenge of credit submissions and conducting approvals within delegated authority and in an effective and timely manner.
• Identify macroeconomic, regulatory, and industry trends. Proactively address emerging risks in the customer portfolio and share insights across the global team
• Support portfolio monitoring/analysis activities
• Improve efficiency/ effectiveness of risk practices and processes
• Ensuring compliance with credit requirements and relevant policies

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years’ experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry in a relevant credit decision role
• Institutional banking experience in credit assessment and management of customer portfolios
• Experience in the write up or review and challenge of credit submissions within Institutional banking
• Experience in credit decisioning, handling credit approval processes, analysing credit risk factors, and implementing risk mitigation strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
