The Elevator SME is responsible for the entire project development lifecycle of elevators and escalators, including planning, design, construction, testing, commissioning, and ongoing operation and maintenance. This role also involves providing expert guidance, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety codes and preventive maintenance standards across all properties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Manage the entire range of project development from planning and design, construction, testing and commissioning (T&C) and operation and maintenance (O&M).
  • Provide guidance and can reliably resolve lift system operational issues.
  • Improve the preventive maintenance of Elevator and Escalator in all properties.
  • Implement minimum code requirement for the Elevator & Escalator safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any engineering course
  • Preferably with license
  •  Has at least ten (10) years of experience in troubleshooting elevators and escalators.
  • Knowledgeable with the following codes: ASME A17.1, NFPA, PMEC, EN 81
  • Strong project management and decision-making skills
  • Good interpersonal skills – must be able to work with people of different backgrounds

The District Cooling System Manager oversees the efficient, reliable, and continuous operation of multiple DCS plants, ensuring round-the-clock HVAC service availability for customers. This role requires proactive management and rapid response to emergencies to maintain uninterrupted cooling and air-conditioning services. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Ensure overall District Cooling System (DCS) plant efficiency, equipment reliability and 24x7 availability of HVAC services to customers.
  • Handle the general management and supervision of the day to day operation of all seven (7) DCS plants.
  • Exhibit steadfast determination to respond to emergencies and resolve critical issues to ensure uninterrupted cooling and air-conditioning services to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Preferably Registered Mechanical Engineer
  • With at least three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in HVAC System – design, maintenance, troubleshooting.
  • Highly skilled in project and vendor management.

The Technical Sales and Business Development Manager will drive and lead the business development activities for Testing, Certification, and Inspection for Renewable Energy services within the ASEAN region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Lead and develop the Renewable Energy (Solar Power, Wind Power, Bio Energy, Geothermal Energy, Hydro Power) services in the Philippines.
  • Conceptualize, develop and execute both short term and mid-term business strategies and operating objectives to contribute to the business growth targets for the Philippines and ASEAN region.
  • Collaborate with relevant business units in ASEAN and our strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realization where applicable.
  • Monitor, review and analyze project progression to maximize the financial and business performance.
  • Build, manage and optimize relationships with clients (manufacturers, operators, investors, governments), & strategic partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in both Sales and Business Development
  • Have at least a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the following disciplines:
  • Components, System and Plant Certification.
  • Risk analysis, risk management.
  • Bankability studies, Feasibility studies, Environmental impact assessment.
  • Inspection and assessment.
  • Established track records in leading both market planning and business development initiatives
  • Has broad cross-cultural and market exposure with strong networks across the region.
  • Dynamic self-starter who is versatile and has sound business judgment.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
  • Willing to travel around the Philippines and ASEAN region.
