KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

Provide legal advice and support on corporate law matters, particularly in the banking and finance industry.
Mentor and guide junior associates in their professional development.
Collaborate with partners and junior associates on various client projects.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Law degree
6-8 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the banking and finance industry.
Strong understanding of bank lending transactions to energy, power, infrastructure, and telecommunications sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Setup: Work-from-home flexibility, with onsite presence required for meetings.

Head of Legal

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

Manage legal operations across all companies under the Chairman’s group
Oversee property acquisitions, development contracts, and condominium sales for real estate ventures
Handle legal aspects of construction projects, including contracts, permitting, and regulatory compliance
Implement and uphold corporate governance standards across the entire business portfolio
Work closely with external law firms on complex deals and legal disputes
Proactively assess and address legal risks across various industries
Develop and lead the in-house legal team in line with organizational growth

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

You must be a licensed attorney in the Philippines with significant experience in corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
You must have 10–15 years of corporate legal experience.
You must have expertise in real estate transactions, healthcare regulations, and construction law.
You must have experience working with Philippine regulatory bodies such as the SEC, DOH, HLURB, and others.
You must have a proven track record in structuring complex commercial transactions.
You must have experience in building and leading legal teams.
You must have strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal environments effectively.

Work Schedule: Regular day shift

Work Setup: Hybrid – Quezon City
