The District Manager (DM) is mainly responsible for overseeing, guiding, inspiring, and managing the activities of Professional Medical Representatives (PMRs) within a designated district. This role involves managing sales operations and driving business growth in the assigned territory by achieving budgeted sales targets while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

  • Develop and mentor PMRs within the district to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  • Drive business growth in the assigned territory by achieving budgeted sales targets while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Oversee portfolio segmentation among PMRs, establish realistic goals, and assist them in crafting territory plans and performance objectives. Coordinate work schedules with PMRs and conduct regular visits to doctors to promote company products, adhering strictly to coverage plans and call frequencies.
  • Monitor PMRs’ sales performance, provide continuous feedback, and address any performance issues proactively.
  • Track sales records from channels and independent drugstores to assess current sales trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Ensure the team adheres to call frequency and Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) parameters set by the organization.
  • Maintain a fully staffed and high-performing district by actively managing vacancies, turnover, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Foster personal and professional growth for PMRs by communicating opportunities, promoting participation in development programs, and encouraging recognition and retention of top-performing employees.
  • Collaborate internally across territories, districts, and regions, as well as externally with key alliance partners, influencers, and stakeholders impacting medical product utilization.
  • Profile and evaluate potential, create target lists, and onboard new doctors based on business requirements. Design and implement strategies to engage with new doctors and identify new business opportunities to expand the organization’s reach.
  • Plan and execute events, CMEs, RTDs, and other marketing initiatives as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Build long-term, sustainable relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs) through regular interactions, including Round Table Discussions (RTDs), ensuring optimal coverage and frequency.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must be a bachelor’s degree holder in Business Management, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy or equivalent
  • You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as District Manager or Supervisory position
  • You must have a proven track record in sales in the same/similar industry
  • You must have good communication and negotiation skills
  • You must be adaptable to new environments, have strong leadership skills and be a team player

The Sales Associate will engage with customers, collaborate with the Sales Team and National Sales Manager, and receive support from the Administrative team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will: 

  • Proactively reach out to pharmacies in Australia through warm and cold calls to introduce products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing a national sales territory.
  • Utilize data analytics to maximize sales performance and achieve bonus incentives.
  • Manage incoming phone orders, assist with credit requests and account inquiries, manage special deals, track order status, and effectively resolve customer complaints.
  • Assist sales representatives, including appointment scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate sales tracking and reporting. 

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must be at least a Senior High School graduate or an Associate, Vocational, or bachelor’s degree holder in any field. 
  • You must have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience and Sales experience. B2B and/or Telesales experience is highly advantageous. Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is desirable.
  • You must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.

 Work Schedule: Regular shift (7 am – 4 pm or 8 am – 5 pm)
