The HR Manager oversees the full cycle of talent management, including recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development. This role connects management with employees, builds a strong employer brand, ensures compliance with labor laws, and develops strategic workforce plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate HR strategies to strengthen employee relations.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and role requirements across the organization.
- Manage recruitment, testing, interviewing, and onboarding processes; conduct exit interviews and recommend improvements.
- Oversee performance management through planning, monitoring, evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Administer employee benefits programs, assess organizational needs, and recommend cost-effective packages.
- Serve as a bridge between employees and management by addressing concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
- Stay updated on HR best practices by attending workshops, trainings, and seminars.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (major or minor in Human Resources Management), Psychology, Political Science, or a related field.
- You must have more than 5 years of managerial experience and have proven experience as an HR Manager.
- You must be knowledgeable in labor laws, MORPHE, the Education Code, and other academic-related rules and regulations.
- You must have experience in drafting memorandums and interpreting policies.
- You must have excellent organizational skills.
- You must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule: Regular shift (8am – 5pm)
