As a Director for Growth & Strategy you will focus on expanding an organization's impact, revenue, or reach while ensuring long-term strategic planning. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Strategic Planning - developing and implementing long-term growth strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
• Business Development - Identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Market Analysis - researching trends, competitors, and industry shifts to inform decision-making.
• Innovation & Expansion - exploring new programs, services, or markets for sustainable growth.
• Operational Efficiency - aligning internal processes, resources, and teams to support strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement - collaborating with leadership and investors.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in business development and marketing especially for educational industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work onsite
