KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

  • Lead the Finance Department and oversee accounting, finance, purchasing, and treasury operations.
  • Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, PEZA requirements, and tax filings on time.
  • Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA license is preferred.
  • You must have relevant experience in financial reporting, planning, budgeting, taxation, and treasury.
  • You must have strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • You must have excellent people management skills.
  • You must have high proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

  1. Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships, while expanding business opportunities with existing clients.
  2. Prepare and present tailored project solutions and proposals, including proof of concept as required by key clients and for government bidding.
  3. Analyze prospective clients' business challenges and requirements to identify opportunities and craft effective solutions.
  4. Collaborate with the Solutions Architect and Sales Team Lead to develop conceptual solutions for major proposals.
  5. Manage and coordinate the preparation of bidding documents for government contracts and accreditation requirements for private entities.
  6. Negotiate pricing and close contracts with major clients in consultation with the Sales Team Lead, President, and relevant principals.
  7. Support the Accounting team by assisting in the follow-up of outstanding accounts receivables.
  8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement with senior management of client organizations.
  9. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to contractual commitments.

B. Partnership Development

  1. Ensure timely payment of accounts payable to partners.
  2. Network with industry and professional groups to explore new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.

C. Leadership & Management

  1. Develop and communicate clear sales goals aligned with the company’s business strategy.
  2. Anticipate potential challenges and take proactive measures to address them.
  3. Lead and facilitate team meetings to review progress, provide feedback, and discuss key updates, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Actively participate in management committee meetings, contributing insights and recommendations on sales policies, strategies, and key issues.
  5. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support team and company objectives.
  6. Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring both internal and external customers receive the highest level of service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record in closing deals, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in government bidding processes and private sector accreditation requirements is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

  • Lead and manage the accounting team by overseeing daily tasks, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of responsibilities.
  • Review and validate purchase orders, process check payments, foreign remittances, and ensure proper documentation and approval of all financial disbursements.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other departments to resolve billing issues and implement standardized accounting processes aligned with business objectives.
  • Review and sign off on Deal Registration Forms (DRFs), Bill of Materials (BOMs), commission statements, and contracts with clients and service providers, ensuring risk mitigation and documentation completeness.
  • Process monthly and year-end payroll using HRIS, handle government benefit remittances, tax annualization, and respond to payroll-related employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate with outsourced bookkeepers, validate recorded entries and financial statements, and define new transaction treatments for implementation.
  • Handle BIR assessments and reconciliations, prepare required documentation, and coordinate with legal counsel for tax and audit-related matters.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, monitor foreign exchange and interest rates, manage investments, and submit documentation for account updates and transactions.
  • Prepare and file government-mandated reports (SSS, HDMF, PHIC, BIR), update AP/AR schedules, present financial statements to management, and monitor cash flow.
  • Support special accounting projects, oversee budget planning, document annual incentive plans, manage asset inventories, and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related Business course
  • CPA is an advantage but not required
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Experience in using Quickbooks.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and ethics in handling financial matters.

  • You must have a deep understanding of JVM internals, garbage collection tuning, and multi-threading for highly concurrent systems
  • You must have strong experience in SQL and database query optimization, with 5+ years of hands-on work designing and managing SQL schemas
  • You must have expertise in NoSQL data modeling and performance tuning with DynamoDB, Redis, or similar technologies
  • You must have experience with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • You must have a strong background in caching and distributed search systems such as ElasticCache, Elasticsearch, or similar
  • You must have deep familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure, including ALB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, CodeDeploy, or similar
  • You must have hands-on experience building, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications
